DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER

Orders will typically be dispatched by the next business day after the order has been received and payment has been processed. 

If we are missing an item from your order, it is during a holiday period or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order, this happens rarely but we'll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.

DELIVERING IN AUSTRALIA

For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post, Sendle and other reputable carriers.

We offer standard and express delivery. Delivery charges for standard and express delivery are per order and per delivery address.

Standard Delivery 

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $50 after discounts and promotions Australia-wide. For orders under $50, a Standard Delivery fee of $9.95 applies Australia-wide.

Orders $50 or more = Free delivery

Orders under $50 = $9.95 delivery fee

Your order value is based on the final amount payable after any discounts have been applied and before the delivery fee is added.

Express Delivery

We offer Express Delivery on all orders Australia-wide for a flat rate of $15.00 up to 5kg.

Where the order weight exceeds 5kg, we will advise you of the charge prior to finalising the shipping of the order. You will have the option to choose standard delivery at that time.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email which contains your tracking number so you can track the delivery of your order. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk mail, or ensure you've submitted the correct email address when placing your order.

The table below is a general guide of delivery time estimates across Australia. Delivery times may be affected by stock availability, public holidays, weather events and carrier delays as such delivery may take longer than the delivery time estimates below.

Do I Need To Be Home To Receive My Delivery?

When you proceed through the checkout you are provided with the option to give special delivery instructions and the authority to leave your parcel. This means that if you are not at the delivery address, the carrier will attempt to find the safest place to leave your parcel.

Your parcel should not be delivered only when special delivery instructions can’t be completed or it’s not safe to leave the parcel. This can happen when it is unsafe to deliver to your address (for example, if there’s an unsecured dog, the delivery driver would have to leave their vehicle out of sight), a locked gate prevents access, the front of the property is near the street in view of passers-by, the location isn’t protected from the weather or the delivery driver thinks the item will be unsafe due to other factors such as people are gathered outside your property during delivery.

If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number to track your order’s progress.

Please take note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods if you have provided authority to leave your goods. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the "Company" field in the Shipping stage of the checkout process.

Post Office Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses.

DELIVERING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We ship internationally via Australia Post, Sendle and other reputable carriers. Delivery charges for each zone are shown below for parcel weight up to 2kg. If it's over 2kg, we will contact you to advise the shipping cost. Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions, if this affects your destination country, we will advise you via email.

When will I receive my order?

International orders are sent via standard international airmail and include a tracking number which will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk mail or ensure you've submitted the correct email address when placing your order. 

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that the customs authorities of your destination country may impose import duties or taxes. Moon River & Back are not liable for any import taxes or duty charges imposed by the delivery country. The recipient is responsible for paying these amounts and any such questions about tax or duty charges should be directed to your governmental or national import office.

Import taxes and customs vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

Where We Don’t Deliver

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a delivery service to some countries due to suspended delivery services. If we are unable to deliver to your destination country, we will contact you via email.
