Antiseptic Dusting Powder is used following dehorning, speying or castrating.

Pharmachem Antiseptic Dusting Powder is a very effective antiseptic and mild astringent, with fungicidal properties.
Boric Acid has mild insecticidal and fly repellent properties. However, when used in excessive amounts on large wounds, boron toxicity may occur from absorption.
Zinc Oxide acts as a skin protective, astringent, with antiseptic properties.
Salicylic Acid is a relatively insoluble desiccant (drying agent), antiseptic and also a fungicide.
Pharmachem Antiseptic Dusting Powder will prove its efficacy if used and stored as instructed on the label.

Dilute to recommended application strength with water before applying.

MIXING MALDISON 50

MALDISON 50 gives a spontaneous emulsion in water and may be added directly to the water in the spray vat with the agitators running. Mixes readily with hard or soft water.

WITHHOLDING PERIODS

• MEAT: DO NOT USE less than 7 days before slaughter for human consumption.
• MILK: Milk collected from treated animals within 5 hours following treatment must not be used for human consumption or processing. This milk should not be fed to poddy calves.
• EGGS: NIL

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Harmful if swallowed. Will damage eyes and will irritate the nose and throat and skin.

Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not inhale vapour. Repeated exposure may cause allergic disorders.

When opening the container and preparing the spray wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, a washable hat, elbow-length PVC gloves and a face shield. If product is on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. After use and before eating, drinking or smoking, wash hands, arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. After each day’s use, wash gloves and face shield and contaminated clothing.
